Good idea, bad support, keeps crashing - Unuseable
I purchased this app some few months ago and are managing movies on a NAS file in Movie-Folder structure which worked well for the initial inventory.
However since upgrading to MacOS X 10.9 the Application keeps crashing when scanning the folder share. Bug reports and Crash reports have been submitted two times, as well as three additional mails to the Customer Support team - no answer, no feedback, no bug-fix. Nothing. For a paid application the support is very very poor leaving paying customers with a non-working solution, especially when quick crash fixes are being highlighted in the description.
The tool itself works fine. For TV series the name to series matching is very poor - e.g. files called „The X-Files S1xE02“ have been matched to completely different series, e.g. all TV series need manual correction. Movie management is great.
