Great Concept, Poor Execution

If this program actually worked, it would be pretty good. As it stands now, it is buggy, crashes constantly and errors out all the time. The WORST part of this is customer support, which iniitially asked for screenshots. They were sent these along with numerous explanations of what the program was exhibiting. No further contact. I wasted both my time and money on this this. Customer support is AWOL. Would highly recommend steering clear of this program unless they actually get it to work. I have a large collection and it just can’t handle databasing more than a few. If they ever reach out and help get this working (which it should do WITHOUT customer support) then I will be happy to give it more stars.
