Where is the Capability to Store Digital Titles?

Overall, I love this app. I have both the Mac app and the iPad app. I found to my dismay that, while the iPad app allows you to store digital titles from iTunes and other sources such as Amazon, when you sync using the Mac app those titles do not sync. Am I doing something wrong?
